Extension of Knowledge

Sir Issac Newton (1642-1727)


           Sir Issac newton was born in England on Christmas day 1642. Even after 350 years,  he is still considered as the father of  physics. He is obtained his masters degree from Trinity college in 1665. He is one of the greatest scientists of all times.
              He never married and lived a bachelor's life. He laid the foundation of physics by presenting the three laws of motion and the theory about gravitation.

Archimedes ( 287 B.C-212 B.C)

        

       Archimedes was born in Italy in 287 B.C. He was the greatest inventor of ancient Greece. He spent his life studying geometry and using his ideas to develop new types of machines.  He explained why some bodies float and some sink in water.
                   He invented a machines that lifts water out of rivers for irrigating the land. It is still used along the river Nile today.  He was also the first person to work out how levers and pulleys worked.  He was killed by a Roman soldier while he was solving a mathematical problem . 





    




Galileo Galileo ( 1564-1642
)

               Galileo Galileo was born in Italy in 1564. He was a famous astronomer of that time. He invented the telescope. He, with the help of his self made telescope observed the mountains and valleys,  the moon, sunspots,  stars of the milky way galaxy,  satellites of Jupiter and Saturn for the first time.
           He found that bodies differing in weight took the same time to fall down from the same height.



Kelvin (1824-1907)

         Kelvin was a British scientist. He was born in Be Belfast in 1824. He introduced the absolute scale of temperature call Kelvin scale. He worked in the field of heat and thermodynamics.  He died in 1907

Antivirus software is program that either comes instilled  on your computer or that you purchase and install yourself.
It helps protect your computer against most viruses,  worms, Trojan hoers,  and other unwanted invaders that CA n make your computer "sick". Virus,  worms,  and the like often perform wicked  acts , such as deleting files, accessing personal data,  or using  your computer to attack other computer. You can help keep your computer healthy by using antivirus software.  Remember to update your antivirus software regularly.
These update are generally available through a subscription from your antivirus vendor. One such free antivirus guard is Avira antivirus personal and you can easily downloads it from its website. Many major computer manufactures include at least a trial version of a popular antivirus software package, such as McAfee or symantec. But just because the software is installed,  doesn't mean it's " turned on" , or being update regularly. If you don't have antivirus software installed you can get it from one of several companies.
